The product and the smell is wonderful, I had already tried them in a hotel in Ireland. Incidentally the toiletries were the only thing I loved. I would prefer if the shampoo had a cap and not a pump. My pump does not work. But that will not stop me buying it again. Lovely packaging. I will be getting candles for Christmas presents.

As a person with oily hair, I find it really difficult to find a good shampoo. I loved this one when I tried it because it doesn't dry out my hair, and it also doesn't make my hair go greasy by the end of the day like some other shampoos do. I love the smell too, very refreshing.
