Pump the conditioner 2-3 times into your hands, rub it in slightly before running your fingers through your hair for even distribution. Leave for 2 minutes and rinse.

i suffer from itchy flaky scalp and i find your shampoo is mild on my head. i wanted a conditioner to go with it that had the same qualities as i suffer badly from too much perfumes or additives in products. The conditioner is very mild. it didn't really make my hair as soft as a commercial conditioner would but then i understand why not and am happy to continue using your conditioner. I would love to know if you have other customers with this problem and any solutions they have found?
